WHY ISN’T THIS FREE?

This is Not A Conspiracy Theory began life as a successfully funded Kickstarter and with that backing, TINACT went from a glimmer in my eye to a project ready for launch. Kickstarter funding was great, and it supported the first year of project development (research and crafting the premise) as well as the first year of production for Episode One at a quarter-time basis. If the series were faster to research and produce, Kickstarter funds and launch sales would cover more ground. But this series features ambitious storytelling and it’s created and managed by a one-man-band. It’s large in scope, extensively researched, visually complex, and hand-crafted. It’s a rigorous process and takes a lot of hours to create. And time equals money getting stretched. Without sales for subscriptions, each episode would take even longer to produce.
